The Greatest Love of All

One of the notable Humanitarian and Charity commitments of Charice. –

At seventeen, Charice, the Little Girl with the Big Voice, International Singing Sensation, the World’s Most Talented Kid, projects her true values and priorities in life and demonstrates what she is to do with the excess fruits of her labor and her God given talents. Involvement in and donating to charitable institutions is obviously a very effective tax shield for taxpayers with scandalously obscene taxable income. And this is most common to adults who have learned to distrust the government’s usage and allocation of their hard earned money assessed from them every tax season.

But the other side of it is the real motive behind one’s choice to participate in such a noble humanitarian cause. From this feature clip which Karen Davila, host of the ABS –CBN show, Wonder Mom, recorded, It is very inspiring and assuring to see that Charice is still on the right track and shall continue to receive blessings and favor from above. Her true concern for the children’s welfare, health and education are presented simply and clearly. Not only is it manifested by her handing over the signed pledge documents and a check, but Charice took the trouble of going out to meet the children personally.

Although she remembers her own hardships, struggles and failures she had to endure, Charice’s countenance reveals only the joy in her willingness to give from what was given to her by taking up the responsibility of ensuring the future of seven deserving underprivileged children in the Philippines through this Christian organization, World Vision. Charice even blessed the children and parents with a song she sang (again in acapela) “the greatest love of all”, which is an accurate reflection of her compassion and motives in this commitment to support the less fortunate children. Once again, this simple gesture and activity captured on video displays and undoubtely leaves us with a message of concern and appeal. Another profound message from one much younger than most of us here. When asked why 7, Charice light heartedly answered, “lucky number”. The number of God should you care to really find out.
